The platform lets employees submit time-off requests, log expenses, and complete timesheets, while managers and HR review and validate submissions seamlessly. Training programs can be recorded, assigned, and tracked to ensure mandatory and skill-based requirements are met — essential in a safety-conscious construction environment. Performance Development Reviews (PDR) are managed end to end, with goals, appraisals, and records held in one place.
The system also handles document and onboarding management, with secure PDF documents assigned to employees and custom forms streamlining the collection of new-starter information.
