Business opportunities are tracked by status, value and probability, then converted directly into live projects once won — no rekeying, no lost context. Projects are then managed end to end: milestones, deliverables, teams and subcontractors, with clients and subcontractors held in the same system under role-based access to commercially sensitive information.
Resourcing that reflects reality
Integrated scheduling assigns staff to projects while showing availability and workload — and it syncs with HR time-off, so the schedule reflects who is actually available rather than who is theoretically on the books. This is where a single platform earns its keep: a leave request approved in HR changes what the project scheduler sees, without anyone being asked to keep two systems aligned.
The HR module covers employee records, leave, timesheets and expense claims through manager approval workflows. A dedicated travel module handles project-related travel requests, approvals, itineraries and associated expenses.
Governance built in, not bolted on
Every module carries workflow approvals and full record history, under role-based access control throughout. A centralised dashboard surfaces actionable insight across the business, with notifications driving approvals and updates to the right people.
