Most organisations run on a patchwork of systems that don’t talk to each other — the ERP, the scheduling tool, the telematics platform, the finance package — with people re-keying data between them and spreadsheets filling the gaps. It’s slow, it breeds errors, and it means nobody quite trusts the numbers. We fix that.

What we do

We design and build the connections that make information flow automatically between your systems:

Bespoke APIs and data feeds — modern REST APIs built on .NET and Azure, with the documentation, versioning and security (API keys, OAuth, single sign-on) that let your systems and partners connect safely.

Third-party platform integration — we’ve integrated ERPs, finance systems, telematics platforms (Geotab, Webfleet), government data services (DVLA, DVSA), payment and messaging providers, and Power BI for reporting. If it has an API, we can connect it; if it doesn’t, we’ve usually found a way anyway.

Cloud integration and automation — using Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions and Service Bus to move data between systems reliably, in real time, with retry and monitoring built in — no overnight batch jobs, no “the import failed again.”

Intelligent document and data processing — where AI genuinely earns its place, we use Azure AI and large-language-model tools to extract data from documents, match and de-duplicate records, and automate the manual steps that sit between systems.

Master data management — one trusted version of your customers, products and assets across every system, so your reports agree with each other and decisions rest on data you can rely on.

Master Data Management

Ask three of your systems how many customers you have and you’ll likely get three different answers. Customer details, products, assets, suppliers, pricing — this core “master data” tends to be duplicated across the ERP, the CRM, the finance package and a few spreadsheets, each version slightly different, none of them definitive. Every report built on it inherits the confusion.

Master data management fixes this by establishing a single trusted version of each record — a “golden record” — and keeping every system aligned with it. In practice that means profiling your data to find the duplicates and conflicts, defining which system owns what, building the matching and merge rules, and putting synchronisation in place so the systems stay consistent from then on. We build this on SQL Server and Azure, and where record-matching gets fuzzy — the same customer entered five slightly different ways — AI-assisted matching now does in hours what used to take weeks of manual review.

The payoff compounds: reports that agree with each other, integrations that don’t multiply errors, and a foundation that holds up as you add systems, sites or acquisitions rather than getting messier with each one.
